Read the fictional example, then try a real or invented topic on the practice page. Both pages are complete — nothing is cut short to push you toward the paid edition.
Read the sample as text
Start with one topic
You do not need to explain every interest or make a decision today. Choose one thing you would like to understand, then decide whether you want to discuss it.
- Read the example on this page.
- Try one topic on page 2; explore it on pages 3-6 if useful.
- Copy only what you choose to share onto page 7.
- Use page 8 privately after a conversation, if one happens.
A fictional worked example
The starting thought: I am curious about my partner taking the lead, but I do not know what that means for me.
What I know / what I do not know: I like the idea of having fewer decisions to make. I do not yet know which situations would feel comfortable.
What I am willing to do now: Talk about what taking the lead means to each of us. I am not agreeing to try an activity.
An opening I could use: There is something I am curious about. Would you be open to talking about what taking the lead means to us? It is okay if now is not a good time.
For adults. Skip any prompt. You do not owe anyone this workbook or a conversation. Discussing a topic does not mean agreeing to an activity. This is a reflection resource, not an assessment or activity-safety plan.
Try the process
Use a real or fictional topic. Short answers are enough. If a question does not fit, leave it blank. Your notes are for you.
- One thing I am curious about
Choose just one topic, feeling, or question.
- For now, I am only willing to discuss
Name the scope of a conversation, without promising an activity.
- Before deciding, I want to understand
What would you need to ask or learn?
- Something I do not want
You can name a limit without explaining or defending it.
- A sentence I could use to start
Try: Would you be open to talking about ...?
Keep this page private unless you choose to share it. You can stop here; completing the rest is optional.
Download a copy before filling it in, then save, close, and reopen it to check your answers survived. PDF readers vary; printing is always an alternative. Read the filling and printing guide.
All 8 pages, in order
Start with one topic, explore it privately, and decide what to share. You can stop after any page — the sequence is a suggestion, not a requirement.

01
Start with one topic
See how a vague curiosity becomes a clear, pressure-free opening.

02
Try the process
Write one opening sentence using a five-prompt practice page.

03
Interest, fantasy, willingness
Separate what interests you from what you might want in real life.

04
Maybe, if...
Turn one uncertainty into a question, a condition, or a clear no.

05
Find your words
Adapt opening sentences and prepare a response to uncertainty or refusal.

06
My boundaries and private notes
Keep your boundaries and unshared thoughts on a separate private page.

07
What I choose to share
Make a single-page outline containing only the words you choose to share.

08
After the conversation
Notice what became clearer, what remains uncertain, and what you want next.

Before you buy
How do payment and delivery work?
When checkout is available, you pay the $19 USD equivalent in USDT (TRC20 / Polygon) through OxaPay. Save your recovery file before paying, then return to your order page and check the status to download. There is no automatic email delivery and no subscription. Wallet network fees may apply.
What exactly is in the complete edition?
Two English fillable PDFs with the same eight pages, sized for A4 and US Letter, plus a short getting-started guide. No site account is required. Payment providers may have their own account or identity requirements. It is not an automatic test interpretation or a personalised report.
Can I fill it in on my phone?
You can read the sample on your phone. Form editing and saving depend on your PDF app, so download a copy and check that your text survives saving and reopening. You can always print a blank copy instead.
Do you receive my answers?
No. The PDF has no answer-submission feature. The completed file stays on your device, so check your own cloud-sync settings. You never need to email your answers to get help.
Do I have to share it with my partner?
No. Every page is optional. Page 6 is private by default. If you choose to share page 7, print or export that page alone and inspect the output before sending it.
Is this an assessment or a safety plan?
No. These are original editorial reflection prompts for adults. They are not a validated assessment, therapy, or instructions for any activity. Preparing a conversation does not imply consent to an activity or promise any particular response.
What if I lose my download link?
Open the recovery file you saved before paying and check the status again. If it is lost, contact support with your invoice reference — ownership has to be verified before access can be restored, and an invoice reference or screenshot alone is not enough.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us within 14 days of payment for a duplicate purchase, missing delivery, or files that cannot be used as described. Refunds are handled manually through the payment provider after verification. Downloaded files cannot be technically recalled, and these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Full delivery, recovery and refund terms. Something still unclear? Ask before you buy — no completed worksheets or test results needed.
