Acceptance and Age
By using kinkbdsmtest.com ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. The Service offers two free, browser-based self-reflection questionnaires — a kink test and a BDSM test — plus reference guides on kink types, BDSM roles, and safety. It is intended for adults only; by using it you confirm you are at least 18.
Use License
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes: take either test, view your results, and share them as you wish. You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or republish the questions, scoring logic, role and kink-type descriptions, or safety content without prior written consent, and you may not access the Service with bots or scrapers. This license terminates automatically if you breach it.
Privacy in Brief
Both tests are scored in your browser, and answers are not sent to us. We use limited aggregate analytics, and selected public pages load third-party advertising; neither is intentionally given answers, result codes, comparison codes, or profiles. Any result or comparison URL carries score data and is readable by anyone holding the link. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Advertising and Third-Party Links
The Service displays advertisements supplied by third-party ad networks, including Adsterra, on selected public pages. We do not control or endorse an advertisement, advertiser, offer, or linked website, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, products, services, security, or privacy practices. Any interaction or transaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that third party. We may add, remove, or change advertising providers, formats, and placements.
Not Advice, Not a Diagnosis
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Neither test is a clinical, psychological, or medical instrument, and neither has been independently validated. Results are for education and self-reflection only, and are not advice about your sexuality, mental health, or relationships. Safety content is general information, never a substitute for training, medical care, or emergency services.
Your Own Decisions
Nothing here is permission, readiness, or consent. Any activity you choose to explore is your own responsibility and requires its own informed, freely given, revocable agreement between the people involved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service. If you are dissatisfied, your remedy is to stop using it.
Governing Law and Changes
