By accessing or using kinkbdsmtest.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service offers free, browser-based self-reflection tools — including a Kink Test, a BDSM Test, an interactive BDSM Checklist, and educational reference guides on roles, kink types, and safety. The Service is intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.
License & Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for non-commercial exploration: take the tests, view your scores, use the checklist, and share your personal result links. You may not copy, scrape, modify, redistribute, or republish questionnaire items, scoring algorithms, archetype definitions, or safety content without prior written permission.
Privacy & Client-Side Processing
Test scoring and checklist responses are calculated entirely in your browser. Individual answers are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Shared result and comparison URLs encode scores into the link parameters, which are visible to anyone in possession of that link. Third-Party Content & Advertising
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners (such as Adsterra) on select public pages, as well as external links.
